About the Role

As a Customer Insights, Product Analytics, QA & Impact Graduate Officer, you will support Tongston’s Data, Research & Economics Team by helping analyze customer behavior, monitor product quality, and measure the impact of products and services.

Working closely with different teams across the organization, you’ll transform customer feedback, analytics, and quality assurance data into actionable insights that improve user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Support the design of user journeys and analytics requirements across T-World and Tongston’s products.
  • Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks.
  • Help develop impact measurement and quality assurance plans.
  • Support privacy-conscious and ethical data collection practices.

Data Analysis & Quality Assurance

  • Collect, clean, organize, and manage analytics and customer feedback data.
  • Maintain KPI trackers, QA logs, feedback registers, and analytics documentation.
  • Create charts, reports, dashboards, and visual summaries using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and presentation tools.
  • Track customer feedback and quality issues from reporting to resolution.
  • Prepare reports highlighting customer behavior, trends, and recommendations for product improvements.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

  • Prepare analytics reports, evidence packs, presentations, and impact summaries.
  • Support teams across Media, Finance, Education, Strategy, and Operations with reliable data and insights.
  • Ensure analytics records and documentation are well organized and easily accessible.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Postgraduate Certificate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • A background in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or Social Sciences is an added advantage.
  • At least six months of experience through internships, volunteer work, school projects, hackathons, apprenticeships, personal projects, or full-time roles.
  • Knowledge of analytics concepts such as KPIs, dashboards, customer retention, funnels, and cohorts.
  • Basic understanding of impact measurement, quality assurance, and data privacy principles.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
