Job Description

DgnRave Group LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Social Media Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the company’s online presence. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong grasp of social media management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist with administrative and front desk duties, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve online presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand visibility.
  • Handle multitasking responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and social media performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk, admin, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
