About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other online platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers.
• Record and update customer interactions in the company’s system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
