Job Details:

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused NYSC Intern to join our Customer Service Team.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, problem-solving, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Currently serving in the NYSC program (preferably Lagos-based with proximity to Ikoyi Lagos).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools (an added advantage).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
