Job Description

Looking for a remote customer service role in the fintech space? Africhange is hiring a Customer Service Representative (NG) to join its growing customer success team. The company is seeking smart, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individuals who can provide excellent support across multiple communication channels while helping users navigate its remittance platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via chat and other support channels
  • Help users resolve issues and understand company services
  • Provide accurate information using internal tools and knowledge bases
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver a great support experience
  • Upsell product features when necessary
  • Work with a team in a 24/7 shift-based environment

Requirements

  • Background in Human Relations, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fintech experience is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
