What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries via chat and other support channels
- Help users resolve issues and understand company services
- Provide accurate information using internal tools and knowledge bases

- Upsell product features when necessary
- Work with a team in a 24/7 shift-based environment
Requirements
- Background in Human Relations, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Fintech experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
