Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (depending on time zone requirements)
Resumption: Immediate
Myafrimall Logistics Limited is looking for a smart, dedicated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support its growing customer operations. This role is primarily focused on assisting customers across the United States and Canada while also handling local and international customer inquiries. About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, shipping information, service updates, and issue resolution across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels
- Provide accurate information about shipping rates, delivery timelines, and company services
- Support customer engagement and follow-up activities across U.S. and Canada operations
Complaint Resolution
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Proficiency in: WhatsApp Business, Email communication, Microsoft Office tools
- Stable internet connection and a conducive home workspace
- Availability to work evening shifts and Saturdays
