The Role

As a Customer Service Representative Intern, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind the Gate platform guiding users, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every customer has a smooth, positive experience.

This role is remote, meaning you can work from anywhere in APAC, and it’s a perfect opportunity to build real-world experience in customer success, crypto support, and digital operations within one of the fastest-growing sectors today.

What You’ll Do

Here’s what your day might look like:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing tools
  • Provide timely and accurate information on products, features, and platform updates
  • Assist users in troubleshooting account issues and guiding them through solutions
  • Document and track customer feedback to improve overall experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and service consistency
  • Contribute ideas to help enhance customer satisfaction and service processes

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced or familiar with customer service (internships, freelance, or part-time roles count!)
  • A clear communicator, both in writing and speech
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about helping people
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, managing tasks independently
  • Eager to learn about cryptocurrency, digital finance, and emerging tech

Bonus points if you’re:

  • Familiar with remote work tools (Slack, Notion, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Proactive and curious about digital marketing or social media engagement
