Job Description

CoPilot AI; recognized by Forbes, Deloitte, and the BC Technology Impact Awards has grown into one of Canada’s top AI-driven sales platforms. Now evolving into HeyStack, the company is building the next generation of Agentic AI for sales, and they’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join their fully remote team.

This is a long-term, stable role for someone who enjoys helping customers succeed while also driving revenue. You’ll manage a portfolio of 150–250 clients, guide them through LinkedIn automation strategies, and help them adopt HeyStack’s new AI agent platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the customer lifecycle and drive renewals
  • Monitor account health and solve performance issues
  • Coach users on strategy, audience testing, and campaign optimization
  • Teach best practices for LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI agents
  • Hit expansion targets by identifying upgrade opportunities
  • Guide users through platform changes and new product adoption

Who They’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in a B2B customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience managing a quota or portfolio
  • C1/C2 level English with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and support tools
  • Calm, consultative, and comfortable handling high-volume accounts
  • Interest in AI tools and eagerness to grow in Agentic AI
