Job Description

This remote role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, organized, and enjoy working closely with customers to deliver excellent service and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and help them succeed with the platform
  • Provide ongoing support and answer customer questions about services and tools
  • Coordinate tasks between support, operations, and development teams
  • Monitor customer performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Identify ways to improve workflows and customer experience
  • Use tools, including AI, to improve response speed and service quality

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment
  • Familiarity with Airbnb or vacation rental platforms is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Fluency in English
