Subbly is an all-in-one eCommerce subscription platform powering subscription-first businesses since 2014. We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative with strong technical skills and hands-on experience using AI tools to support and grow our merchant community.
What You’ll Do
- Support merchants via chat, email, Zoom, and community channels
- Work hands-on inside Subbly’s AI Website Builder to troubleshoot and improve site builds
- Guide merchants on AI tooling, prompt optimization, and best practices
- Resolve billing, product, and technical issues; escalate complex cases when needed
- Create help docs, tutorials, and merchant communications
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in SaaS customer success, support, or technical support
- Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-powered builders
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce and subscription platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
