Job Description

Availability: Flexible across US time zones (EST, CST, PST), including weekends

Subbly is an all-in-one eCommerce subscription platform powering subscription-first businesses since 2014. We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative with strong technical skills and hands-on experience using AI tools to support and grow our merchant community.

What You’ll Do

  • Support merchants via chat, email, Zoom, and community channels
  • Work hands-on inside Subbly’s AI Website Builder to troubleshoot and improve site builds
  • Guide merchants on AI tooling, prompt optimization, and best practices
  • Resolve billing, product, and technical issues; escalate complex cases when needed
  • Create help docs, tutorials, and merchant communications
  • Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in SaaS customer success, support, or technical support
  • Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-powered builders
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce and subscription platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working flexible hours across US time zones
