CoinTracker helps people track their crypto taxes and portfolios with confidence. We’re looking for a Seasonal Customer Support Contractor to join our Operations team and help deliver a great customer experience during peak periods.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer questions and issues clearly and professionally
  • Help users navigate the CoinTracker platform
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide thoughtful solutions
  • Collaborate with the support team to improve customer satisfaction
  • Document insights and feedback to support product improvements
