About the Role
We’re seeking a Support Specialist with a technical mindset and a background in finance or accounting to help our customers implement, configure, and optimize their billing workflows. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring smooth onboarding, reliable integrations, and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main contact for customer issues post-launch.
- Configure Vayu to align with customer billing and revenue models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform or integration issues.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in SaaS or fintech (support, implementation, or customer success).
- Solid understanding of billing, subscriptions, or revenue workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus: Knowledge of accounting or revenue recognition (ASC 606).
