What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist the team with technical support and localization tasks while learning how modern technology solutions are delivered to global clients.

- Proofread and review AI-translated Help Center content
- Assist with software localization and translation updates
- Support the team with technical and administrative tasks

Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with software tools
- Interest in technology, logistics, or engineering
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn
Additional language skills (such as Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Lithuanian, Estonian, or French) are an advantage.
