This fully remote role offers a great opportunity to build a career in customer service within the global iGaming industry while working with clients from Europe, Canada, and Australia.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibility will be to ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and effective support through live chat. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and create a positive customer experience that encourages customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live chat support to customers
  • Quickly understand and resolve customer issues
  • Learn the company’s products and services through training
  • Report recurring or urgent customer concerns
  • Inform customers about promotions when appropriate
  • Assist with basic translations when needed

Requirements

  • Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
  • Interest in learning about the iGaming industry and technology
