What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibility will be to ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and effective support through live chat. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and create a positive customer experience that encourages customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide live chat support to customers
- Quickly understand and resolve customer issues
- Learn the company’s products and services through training
- Report recurring or urgent customer concerns
- Inform customers about promotions when appropriate
- Assist with basic translations when needed
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
- Interest in learning about the iGaming industry and technology
