Customer Support Specialist at Crypto iGaming

This is more than a support role you’ll be the friendly face players trust, the voice inside our Discord community, and an important part of our growth efforts.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support (Main Focus)
- Handle 40–60+ live chat and email tickets daily
- Solve issues related to deposits, withdrawals, wallets, and gameplay
- Keep response times quick and CSAT high
- Document solutions and refine our help center resources
Community Management
- Engage daily on Discord, Reddit, and crypto gaming forums
- Help moderate discussions and keep the community positive

Share updates, run small events, and track community sentiment
Growth & Outreach
- Participate in crypto gaming communities to attract new players

Build relationships with KOLs and identify partnership opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Native/fluent English with excellent communication
- 2+ years of crypto experience (wallets, fees, CEX/DEX, culture)
- 1+ year customer support experience
- Experience with Intercom or similar live-chat platforms
- Discord moderation experience

A real passion for gaming
Bonus Points:
- iGaming/casino knowledge
- Familiarity with provably fair systems, RTP, KOL outreach

Active in crypto communities (Twitter, Telegram, etc.)
