Korapay is hiring a Cybersecurity GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Analyst to support its growing information security and compliance operations across Africa.

About the Role

Korapay is looking for a detail-oriented cybersecurity professional to help manage security governance, risk, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will support audits, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
• Conduct risk and control assessments
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, and related standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Monitor compliance posture and remediation plans
• Support vendor risk management and security awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on control implementation
• Maintain proper security and compliance documentation

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance, or audit
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Good understanding of security frameworks and risk management
• Experience with GRC tools and compliance processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impact
