Data Analyst Needed at FATE Foundation
Job Description
FATE Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support its digital products and drive data-informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring user behaviour, evaluating product performance, and providing insights that enhance user experience and organisational impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyse user engagement, feature adoption, and retention data to evaluate the performance of FATE Foundation’s digital products.
- Monitor customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and usage trends to improve overall product experience.
- Prepare clear and accurate management reports by highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions from relevant datasets.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve existing features and support strategic decision-making.
- Implement data quality monitoring systems that alert the team to potential data issues.
- Troubleshoot operational or data-related issues within data pipelines to ensure smooth, reliable performance.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to work in Lagos.
