About the Role

We’re seeking a Data Engineer with FHIR expertise (and ideally Epic Clarity experience) to help design and manage advanced data systems powering next-generation medical AI assistants. You’ll lead data integration, streamline clinical workflows, and enable smarter decision-making across healthcare environments.

What You’ll Do

• Build and enhance data systems for AI-driven medical assistants.
• Manage and integrate large healthcare datasets using FHIR standards.
• Conduct FHIR audits and perform precise data mapping.
• Collaborate on policy integration and patient recommendation systems.
• Work with HL7 and JSON formats to ensure seamless interoperability.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in data engineering and large-scale data management.
• Strong expertise with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
• Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity and Healthcare IT systems.

• Understanding of clinical workflows and data compliance standards.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with nursing operations or insurance policy data integration.

• Background in building healthcare-focused smart apps.
