About the Role
As a Data Operations Graduate, you’ll become part of our Data Operations Team, working with experts who keep Xapo’s data clean, organized, and actionable. This is a unique opportunity to learn how data fuels decision-making at a cutting-edge digital bank.
You’ll dive into tools like Google Analytics, MySQL, BigQuery, and interactive dashboards to help ensure our data tells the right story accurately, consistently, and in real time.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will blend learning, hands-on experience, and collaboration. You’ll:
- Join our Data Operations team and contribute to daily data workflows.
- Manage and maintain data integrity ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to uncover insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate remotely with global teammates across departments.
- Support the continuous improvement of our data management systems.
This role will give you exposure to real-world data challenges in a fully remote, international environment all while you build your technical and analytical toolkit.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically capable, but curious and eager to grow. You might be a recent graduate or someone early in your data career. You should have:
- Full-time availability for a remote position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A basic understanding of data operations or analytics tools (e.g. MySQL, BigQuery, Google Analytics)
- The ability to work independently, manage your time, and take initiative
- A growth mindset; you’re not afraid to learn, experiment, and ask questions
