Job Description
Xava Labs is on a mission to turn innovative ideas into thriving, community-owned products and we’re looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to help us do it.
If you love TypeScript, open-source software, and connecting with developer communities, this role is for you. You’ll contribute to our OSS framework, create educational content, and advocate for developer-first design across Web3 and AI-driven projects.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to and evolve our open-source TypeScript framework with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Create high-quality demos, documentation, and tutorials to drive adoption.
- Engage with the community on Discord, Twitter, and other platforms, helping developers troubleshoot and innovate.
- Promote the framework through technical content, workshops, and real-world examples.

Collaborate with contributors to review code and refine the project roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and open-source development.
- A passion for community building and sharing knowledge.
- Experience creating engaging technical content.
- Excellent communication skills and a love for collaboration.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI agents, Web3, or decentralized technologies.
