About the Role

As a Developer Support Engineer, you’ll provide hands-on support to developers using Privy’s tools. You’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues, work closely with our engineering team, and document helpful solutions that make everyone’s life easier.

This is a remote, contract position open to candidates worldwide, perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative, innovative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Help developers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and functionality.
  • Write clear documentation and support guides.
  • Share insights from developer feedback to help shape future features.

What You Bring

  • Experience in software development or technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Python, DevOps, and Git.
  • A proactive, curious mindset, you enjoy learning new tools and finding better ways to do things.
