About the Role

As a Shopify / E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll support the daily operations of the company’s Shopify store by managing product listings, monitoring inventory, updating website content, and assisting with vendor coordination. You’ll also help maintain a seamless customer experience by responding to product reviews and ensuring the online store remains accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Writing and optimizing product descriptions to improve clarity and conversions.
• Reviewing the Shopify website regularly to identify and fix outdated or incorrect information.
• Monitoring inventory levels to help prevent stock shortages.
• Responding professionally to customer reviews on the Shopify store.
• Updating website banners, landing pages, and product images when needed.
• Coordinating with vendors to manage inventory, place purchase orders, and track order fulfillment.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants should have:

• At least one year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role.
• Working knowledge of Shopify and common e-commerce tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
