Job Description

• The Role The E-Commerce Operations Intern will support the E-Commerce Operations arm of the organization towards expanding Rivy’s digital storefront and order fulfillment backend.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support relationships with Sellers (Equipment Distributors) and Buyers (Vendors, Installers, Dealers, etc).
• Support procurement processes including order placement, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Check in with suppliers periodically for updated prices and monitor orders on the storefront.
• Carry out market sourcing activities and supplier visits within Lagos when required.
• Assist in sourcing products by contacting suppliers and confirming availability and pricing.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and tracking sales performance across various portfolios.
• Assist in maintaining and updating supplier lists, inventory records, and order tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with logistics providers, internal teams, and vendors to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products.

Eligibility Requirements for the E-Commerce Operations Intern at Rivy

• BSc Graduate
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Candidate must reside in Lagos.
• Ability to move within Lagos for sourcing when required.
