ECO Bank Is Hiring Bank Tellers & Customer Service Officers

• Locations: Imo, Abia, Imo, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Enugu, Anambra, Ebonyi, Delta, Edo
• Requirements: OND Holders, 25 Years Below.
• Salary: N112,000 – N120,000 monthly.
• Deadline: 31st October, 2025

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Greeting customers and providing assistance with account inquiries and various transactions.
• Informing customers about bank products and services, and directing them to appropriate representatives for more complex needs.
• Building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Transaction Processing:

• Handling a wide range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cheque processing.
• Processing foreign exchange, cash, and cheque transactions, including money transfers.
• Using banking software to track and record transaction information accurately.

Cash Management & Reconciliation:

• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers, including packaging cash.
• Monitoring cash levels, requesting funds as needed, and performing cash analyses.
• Reconciling discrepancies and preparing daily “End of Day” sheets.

Compliance & Security:

• Adhering to all bank financial, security, and operational regulations and procedures.
• Handling currency and confidential information responsibly.
• Identifying and resolving any transaction errors or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
