Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Entry Level Customer Acquisition Executives to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through field sales, referrals, and direct outreach
- Promote and sell company products/services to new customers
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and acquisition targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market visits, activations, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of new customers
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
- 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- NYSC completion is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a strong motivation to earn incentives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
