About the Role

Alliance Consulting is looking for a motivated Flutter Developer with a solid foundation in Flutter and Dart development. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, collaborate with experienced developers, and contribute to building cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Flutter mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews
• Learn and apply mobile app performance and UI/UX best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation and project support
• Stay updated with Flutter and Dart development trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Understanding of Android/iOS app lifecycle
• Knowledge of Git or version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• 1–4 years relevant experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Firebase or backend services
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Internship experience or personal Flutter projects

Salary

• ₦350,000 – ₦420,000 monthly
