Entry-Level UX Research Apprenticeship at UX Woman

Ladies, this is your chance to break into UX, design products that matter, and land 6-figure roles in tech. Every year, UX Woman sponsors 2 remote UX apprentices to join a 7-month hands-on program (offered in fall or spring) completely free. You’ll get one on one mentorship, lead your own startup project, and graduate ready to land roles paying $85K–$130K in UX design, research, or product strategy.

This is more than an apprenticeship, it’s a launchpad for women, immigrants, POC, and LGBTQ+ creatives ready to shape a world built by women, for women.

What You’ll Do

• Build a real startup idea from 0 to 1
• Lead end-to-end UX research & design
• Conduct user interviews, build wireframes, and test prototypes
• Learn business modeling, storytelling, and product strategy
• Graduate with a compelling portfolio project that gets recruiters’ attention

You’re a Great Fit If You’re:

• A new grad or career changer curious about UX
• Able to commit 5–10 hrs/week for 7 months
• Open to weekend lectures or online video modules
• Excited to learn, get feedback, and grow fast

No UX portfolio or experience? No problem. We’ll coach you through it.
