Eterna is expanding its retail network and is looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team!

Open Positions:

• Retail Operations Manager
• Station Manager (Retail Outlet) – open to graduates who have completed NYSC

Available Station Manager Locations:

• Umuoba – Anambra
• Emene – Enugu
• Oil Mill – Port Harcourt (PHC)

What You’ll Do

As a Station Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day station operations to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service
• Manage personnel and resources efficiently
• Ensure all staff adhere to Eterna’s policies, operational standards, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum HND or BSc qualification
• 1–3 years’ relevant experience
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems under pressure, and motivate teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
