Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness, ensuring smooth operations, and reducing friction in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment.

- Support an EF leader with daily operational and strategic priorities
- Manage scheduling, communication, and key follow-ups
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure smooth collaboration
- Prioritize tasks and help reduce friction in workflows
- Uphold EF’s values while enabling thoughtful contributions to the Ethereum ecosystem
