Job Description
NJC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to support daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
Admin & Financial Tasks
- Track expenses and payments
- Assist with invoices and basic bookkeeping
- Keep financial records organized
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Manage class schedules and bookings
- Coordinate instructor and studio calendar
- Handle reschedules and send reminders
Customer Support
- Respond to messages from parents/students (“dance moms”)
- Answer inquiries in a friendly, professional way
- Help resolve scheduling or service concerns
General VA Tasks
- Inbox management
- Data entry and organization
- Supporting day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven VA experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong self-starter (can work with minimal instructions)
- Comfortable handling customers and communication
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Available to work PST hours
