Job Summary of the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Trionlife Wellness International
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, fast with execution, and able to maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proximity Requirement: Applicants should reside in Egbeda or its environs for efficient daily commuting.
