Job Summary of the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Trionlife Wellness International

  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, fast with execution, and able to maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proximity Requirement: Applicants should reside in Egbeda or its environs for efficient daily commuting.
