Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, ensuring smooth communication, efficient work processes, and well-organized schedules. The ideal candidate will act as the Chairman’s right-hand support, effectively managing priorities, documentation, correspondence, and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications relating to the Chairman.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and keep accurate minutes and follow-ups.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and support with personal administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Information
- Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly Gross
- Other Benefits: 13th Month Salary, Profit Sharing, Leave Allowance and other welfare benefits
