Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Topline to partner with our Sales and Marketing (Topline) teams. The role is focused on driving talent management, organizational transformation, performance, and employee engagement to enable the business to achieve its objectives.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting leaders to attract, develop, nurture, and retain the best talent while embedding a high-performance and ethical culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Transformation
- Support change management and co-build transformation plans.
- Drive acceptance and commitment to change through tailored initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous innovation and digital capability.
- Foster ethical practices while building strong relationships across diverse teams.
2. Performance and Reward
- Facilitate the annual objective-setting process.
- Support managers in diagnosing and managing performance challenges.
- Lead performance calibration and continuous tracking.
- Oversee the annual salary review and reward processes.
3. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Deploy employee wellbeing programs.
- Ensure occupational health and safety incidents are reported, tracked, and addressed.
- Promote a culture of wellbeing across the organization.
4. Talent Management & Development
- Partner with leaders to identify long-term talent needs.
- Drive succession planning and retention strategies for top talent and critical roles.
- Execute performance and talent review processes.
- Support career development discussions and learning opportunities.
- Conduct interviews for department-level roles.
5. HR Analytics, Processes & Systems
- Analyze HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Leverage modern HR tools and systems to support business objectives.
- Facilitate job evaluation processes and ensure proper implementation.
6. Employee Relations
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and employment legislation.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns with confidentiality.
- Support fair and transparent employee relations processes.
7. Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and follow up on Danone People Survey (DPS) results.
- Foster collaboration and continuous engagement within the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Lead initiatives to build a positive workplace culture and organizational pride.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: BA/B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
- Professional Experience: Previous HR experience in FMCG, retail, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in HR data insights.
- Proven ability to influence, engage, and support business leaders.
