Job Description
Are you a creative video editor with a passion for storytelling? UCM Global is looking for talented Freelance Video Editors based in Nigeria to help produce engaging family and lifestyle content for a fast-growing global digital brand. This is a remote, project-based contract where you’ll be paid a fixed rate per completed vlog, with ongoing opportunities based on your performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit 8–15 minute family and lifestyle vlogs.
- Organize and review raw footage.
- Create engaging intros and maintain strong storytelling throughout each video.
- Add music, captions, sound effects, graphics, and transitions where appropriate.
- Deliver polished videos within agreed deadlines.
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Export videos in the required format for publishing.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube or lifestyle content.
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and professional editing setup.
- Ability to work independently and communicate during UK business hours.
