Role Description of the Graduate Management Trainee at Crownrise Finance

• This is a full-time job as a Graduate Management Trainee at a Finance Company.
• The role is based in Lagos and as Graduate Management Trainee, you will be involved in the day-to-day tasks related to finance, management and leadership development within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND/BSC degree in any relevant discipline or any related field except Accounting.
• 1-3 years work experience; prefarably m(a)le.
• Leadership, Communication and Problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Finance, Banking amd a strong flair for Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
