About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Lead to own our conversion strategy and turn free users into loyal, paying customers. You’ll design, test, and optimize the entire conversion funnel while working closely with product and engineering to accelerate revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive free-to-paid subscription conversion strategies
- Analyze user behavior and optimize funnels through A/B testing
- Run email, in-app, and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on onboarding and user experience improvements
- Manage paid acquisition and conversion-focused ad campaigns
- Track KPIs and report growth insights to leadership
