Head of Content at OnTheGoSystems
Job Description
OnTheGoSystems is a fully remote team of builders, creatives, and engineers powering some of the world’s most widely used translation and localization tools. Our products help SaaS companies, agencies, and global brands reach customers in every language and content is at the center of that mission.
We’re looking for a Head of Content who’s ready to own real impact. This isn’t a role for someone who just manages calendars or approves briefs from a distance. You’ll start hands-on writing, editing, and getting to know our products deeply. From there, you’ll shape the strategy, guide writers, and take full ownership of performance across SEO, conversions, product adoption, and revenue influence.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit high-quality content that sets the standard for the team
- Mentor and lead writers with clear, constructive feedback
- Build and refine processes that keep content consistent and effective
- Track performance (CTR, conversions, SEO, revenue impact) and optimize based on data
