Gate Technology Limited, a global crypto leader and recent MiCA license holder, is hiring an experienced Head of Finance to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day accounting operations and financial controls
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage audits and work with external auditors and partners
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and regulatory reporting

• Handle reconciliations, including crypto transaction reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Senior finance experience, ideally in fintech or crypto
• Strong IFRS and regulatory reporting knowledge
• Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency accounting

• High attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
