About the Role
The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, positive, and consistent employee experience. You’ll support onboarding and orientation, maintain HR documentation, assist with employee relations, and help ensure compliance across the company. This position gives you hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR processes within a fast-moving, global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in responding to employee questions regarding onboarding, orientation, and HR processes
- Manage onboarding logistics, documentation, and new-hire training coordination
- Assist with offboarding and ensure proper documentation and procedures
- Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
- Create and manage HR templates, guides, and process documentation
- Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases
- Assist with HR reporting, basic metrics, and process-improvement projects
- Participate in engagement initiatives and team-building activities

Recommend ways to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and G Suite/Microsoft Office
