MNEE is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to help drive global adoption of our stablecoin and digital asset solutions. If you’re passionate about fintech, crypto, and helping businesses understand the future of money, this role is for you.
In this position, you’ll handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns, reach out to potential clients, and guide prospects through the value of our stablecoin products. You’ll translate complex digital asset concepts into simple terms, qualify opportunities, and help prospects move confidently toward adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from web, social, paid ads, and events.
- Conduct outbound calls and messages to qualify prospects and uncover opportunities.
- Explain stablecoins, payments, and digital asset products in a clear, friendly way.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Keep CRM records updated and manage an organized sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on messaging, campaigns, and strategy.
- Hit activity targets and convert leads into real opportunities.

Stay informed on crypto, blockchain, and digital finance trends.
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Ability to explain stablecoins, digital payments, custody, or DeFi concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Highly organized self-starter comfortable working independently.
