Role Summary
You’ll handle daily Instagram enquiries from ads, posts, and stories — building trust with customers, guiding their buying decisions, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Instagram DMs, comments, and enquiries promptly
- Convert leads from ads and organic traffic into orders
- Educate customers on products and guide purchase decisions
- Follow up consistently with interested customers
- Handle objections and close sales confidently
- Maintain organized conversations and brand professionalism
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Instagram selling and communication skills
- Persuasive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good understanding of social selling psychology
- Ability to close sales naturally without sounding pushy
Job Details
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (with 2 hours total break)
- Off Days: 1 rotating day off every 2 weeks
Salary & Benefits: ₦140,000/month + ₦8,000 monthly credit allowance
