Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services LTD. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers.

Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers.

Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her ecommerce website on March 1st 2021.

1.) Customer Experience Intern (NYSC)

Summary

  • Pack’N’Pay is seeking smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused NYSC Corps Members to join our Customer Experience team.
  • We are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo to support customer engagement across different regions.
  • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, resolve customer inquiries, and contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience across our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM and support tools.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Educate customers on the company’s products, services, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet established response time and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Assist in customer onboarding and support initiatives.
  • Perform other customer experience duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member currently posted to Port Harcourt, Rivers State, or willing to relocate.
  • Must have at least six (6) months remaining before passing out.
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Must be fluent in at least one of the following Nigerian languages:
    • Hausa
    • Yoruba
    • Igbo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2.) Accounting Manager

  • Location: Head Office, Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Role Summary

  • Pack’N’Pay is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department.
  • The successful candidate will supervise the accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • This role will work closely with the CEO and CFO to provide timely financial insights that support sound business decisions while ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Supervise the daily activities of the Accounting Department.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare management accounts and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Ensure payroll-related accounting entries are accurately posted.

Compliance & Internal Controls

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory obligations including VAT, PAYE, WHT, Pension, NSITF, ITF, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Ensure accounting policies comply with applicable accounting standards and company procedures.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Oversee inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor cost trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and develop members of the Accounting Department.
  • Allocate work, review outputs, and ensure high standards of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, HR, Sales, and other departments to improve business performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and financial controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial management, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, internal controls, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (Zoho experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

3.) Operations Coordinator

  • Location: Lagos
  • Reports To: Head of Business

Role Summary

  • Pack’N’Pay is seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Operations Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment.
  • The successful candidate will ensure seamless operational processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate timely delivery of customer orders while supporting operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Process daily invoiced orders for picking and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and optimal space utilization.
  • Ensure proper packaging of products before shipment.
  • Verify that all outgoing shipments meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation.
  • Participate in routine stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Monitor warehouse stock accuracy and minimize losses or product damage.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation is complete and properly attached before dispatch.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and delivery activities.
  • Ensure customer orders are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and delivery personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve logistics challenges proactively.
  • Ensure every completed delivery has valid Proof of Delivery (POD).
