Medical Officer

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Officer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our patients, lead and manage a team of medical professionals, and contribute to the development of our medical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
  • Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, including junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practices in patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior medical staff.
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide medical coverage as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a medical doctor, with a minimum of 1 years in a senior role.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare.

Laboratory Technician
