UI/UX Designer/Fronted Developer

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria (On site)

Role Overview

• We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can also build production-grade front-end interfaces.
• You’ll design and develop beautiful, responsive, and accessible experiences using React Native.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system.
• Conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
• Implement responsive designs using React Native and TypeScript.
• Connect UI to backend and AI APIs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and the product team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in UI/UX design for mobile or web apps.
• 2+ years using React Native (TypeScript preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of Human-Centered Design principles.
• Basic REST API integration experience.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and agile processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in educational or AI-driven app design.
• Motion design using Lottie or Framer Motion.
• Knowledge of Azure App Services or Cognitive Services

Full-Stack Engineer

• Location: Lagos, Fully Onsite role
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 per month

Description

• As our Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be one of the first core builders on the engineering team.
• You’ll help architect and develop the end-to-end product — from backend APIs to mobile user experiences.
• You’ll work closely with our AI Engineer, UI/UX Designer, and Curriculum Specialist to ship the first version of our product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core app (frontend + backend) for students.
• Design, implement, and document REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Build interactive interfaces using React Native and React.
• Implement authentication, user profiles, and progress tracking features.
• Integrate LLM-based lesson generation with AI Engineer.
• Optimize app performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD setup.

Tech Stack (Preferred Experience)

• Frontend: React / React Native, TypeScript, TailwindCSS / Material UI
• Backend: Node.js (Express.js / NestJS), REST / GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis
• DevOps: Docker, Azure DevOps, Terraform
• Nice to have: AI API integrations (OpenAI, LangChain)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-heavy development.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Experience building scalable APIs and cloud-based applications.
• Database design and performance optimization skills.
• Passion for education, AI, or social impact technology.
