We are a womenswear fashion brand known for bespoke, high-end designs combining quality craftmanship that exude confidence, class, and individuality—frequently worn by media personalities and at high-profile event.

Available Roles

1.) Creative Intern

• The Creative Intern will support the overall operations of the Creative Department, assisting in ideation, design, production coordination, and brand execution.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, possess strong creative instincts, and have a basic understanding of various creative functions — including design sketching, social media, branding, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director and Design/Creative Assistant with brainstorming sessions, design mood boards, and trend research.
• Assist with sketching, fabric selection, and preparation of visual references for new collections or bespoke pieces.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team to generate creative content ideas, assist during shoots, and support content planning and curation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student in Fashion Design, Creative Arts, Media, or related fields.
• Strong passion for fashion and creativity, with a good sense of aesthetics and trends.
• Basic knowledge of fashion sketching and design illustration is compulsory.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Photography, videography, or styling skills are a plus.
• Prior internship or experience in a fashion production or creative agency environment is an advantage.

2.) Fashion Academy Operation Officer

• We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Fashion Academy Operations Officer to oversee the effective day-to-day management of our fashion academy.
• The Ideal candidate must understand fashion designing, be social media savvy, pay attention to details, and ensuring seamless operations. The Ideal candidate will resume at our Fashion Academy in Gbagada.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in administration and fashion management, preferably in a fast-paced or creative industry.
• Must possess strong critical and analytical thinking as well as problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience managing people, customers and vendors.
• Ability to work independently, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be reliable, trustworhty and punctual.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Understand fashion designing and be social media savvy.

3.) Customer Service Officer

• We are hiring a proactive and focused Customer Service Office with a proven experience in fashion and lifestyle industry to join our team(AllureBySBL) in Lagos.
• If you enjoy communicating clearly,solving problems, and making customers feel valued, we’d love to meet you.
• Proximity to Lekki and ability to use social media tools is an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate will be working for the brand “AllureBySBL”.

Requirement:

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any related field (e.g Business Administration, Msss Communication, Marketing or related field)
• 2-3 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry is a MUST.
• Ability to operate and use social media tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization.
