1.) Customer Service Officer
- Job Location: Lekki Epe Expressway, Ikota – Lagos
- Job type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Record and update customer information in the system.
- Identify customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
2.) IT Engineer
- Location: Lekki Epe Expressway, Ikota – Lagos
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain software applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot, test and optimize system performance.
- Ensure system security, data integrity and scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages and relevant frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3.) Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Location: Lekki Epe Expressway, Ikota – Lagos
- Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and drive business growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high performance across all departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Monitor performance, analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, management or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operational management, process improvement and cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
