About the Role

As a Junior Data Analyst on the Growth team, you’ll design dashboards, analyze large datasets, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive acquisition, retention, and marketing performance. You’ll work closely with engineers and marketing teams to ensure data integrity and optimize key growth metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and cohort reports for campaigns and user funnels.
• Analyze large datasets using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SQL, and other tools.
• Identify trends and drivers of user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Present findings and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Skilled in data analysis, dashboards, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, MixPanel, GA4).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting insights.
• Comfortable working with SQL and data visualization platforms.
• Passionate about crypto, trading, and data-driven decision-making.
