Phantom, a leading self-custodial crypto wallet with 16M+ users, is hiring a Junior Developer Support Specialist to support developers integrating Phantom’s SDKs and APIs.

What You’ll Do

• Act as first-line support for developers via chat and email
• Triage issues, reproduce bugs, and escalate with clear repro steps
• Help unblock SDK and API integrations quickly
• Contribute to developer documentation and AI support chatbot training

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (web or mobile)
• Understanding of Web3 fundamentals (wallets, transactions, RPCs)
• Strong debugging skills and clear, friendly communication

• Comfort using AI tools like Cursor or Copilot
