Keyrock, a global leader in crypto market-making and digital asset liquidity, is looking for an Early Career Junior Options Trader to join its growing derivatives team. This is a rare opportunity to break into crypto options trading and learn directly from experienced traders, quants, and engineers while working fully remote from anywhere in the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Options Trader, you’ll support senior traders in running and optimizing options books across multiple crypto exchanges. You’ll:
- Monitor risk, PnL, exposures, and ensure positions stay within limits
- Execute trades and adjust positions based on desk playbooks
- Analyse historical and real-time data to evaluate strategy performance
- Work on research ideas, backtesting, and volatility strategies
- Help refine pricing models, dashboards, and risk tools
- Collaborate with quants, engineers, and other trading desks

Rapidly level-up on options theory, market structure, and crypto derivatives

What You Need
Keyrock is looking for candidates who bring curiosity, discipline, and a strong quantitative foundation:
- Recent graduate in financial engineering, math, physics, computer science, or any quantitative field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and numerical methods
- Working Python knowledge
- Interest in options, derivatives, or quant trading—shown through projects, internships, or competitions

Excellent communication skills in English
Bonus points for:
Experience on a trading desk, crypto exposure, market microstructure knowledge, or a background in systematic/algorithmic trading.
