Job Description
Tether, the global leader in digital finance and the company behind USDT, is hiring a Junior UX/Product Designer to help shape the future of Keet, a privacy-first, peer-to-peer communication app. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences and eager to grow in a fast-paced Web3 environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, accessible interfaces and user flows for web and mobile.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI screens in Figma.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
- Participate in user research, design critiques, and usability testing.

Occasionally assist with visual or marketing assets to support Keet’s branding.
What You’ll Need
- 1–3+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and digital product work.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.
